P2P Process Consultant
Location: US Remote (ET hours)
Duration: 6 months
Max Bill Rate: $70-$80/hr W2 – possible flex here for the right fit
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Process Expert to join our team as a W2 contractor. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, focusing on mapping and optimizing the 5-way match process across multiple procurement channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Map end-to-end procurement workflows across diverse buying channels
- Analyze and improve the 5-way match process (need → contract → PO → receipt → invoice)
- Perform gap analysis and develop action plans to address inefficiencies
- Recommend and implement P2P process improvements
- Create clear documentation and process flows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvements with business goals
What gets you the job:
- 5–10+ years in procurement process improvement, ideally in global enterprises
- Hands-on experience with P2P process design and operating models
- Expertise in gap analysis and process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with procurement tools like Coupa, Ariba, or similar
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
