Sr. Project Manager
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of healthcare-related systems and applications. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of healthcare systems and applications, including EMRs and practice management solutions.
- Analyze business needs, technology requirements, and costs to create feasible solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and cost-efficiency is maintained.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop, track, and report on project success metrics, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, particularly within healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with Business and Practice Management systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and applications such as Kronos, Lawson, McKesson, Cerner, or IDX.
- Proven ability to conduct complex analyses of administrative policies, procedures, and cost-benefit studies.
- Strong project management skills, including budget oversight, team coordination, and vendor management.
