Help Desk Technician Level III
Our client is seeking a skilled and resourceful Level III Helpdesk Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and be the go-to escalation expert for internal IT operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical puzzles, and want to work closely with cloud, infrastructure, and software teams, this is the role for you. With a growing workload and over 200 end users across the U.S., your expertise will be critical in keeping systems running smoothly and users supported.
- Location: Onsite in Long Beach, CA
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $26-30/hour
- Duration: 3+ Month Contract

What You’ll Do:
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Tier I/II teams, with a focus on endpoints, accounts, and enterprise applications
- Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 services including Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Defender
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to maintain Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and Conditional Access configurations
- Troubleshoot engineering applications and license servers such as Siemens Teamcenter, NX, FlexLM, and Sentinel
- Deliver onsite and remote support while proactively monitoring alerts and managing service desk tickets effectively
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Prior experience supporting engineering applications (e.g., Teamcenter, NX) highly preferred
- Proficiency with endpoint configuration, imaging, and remote access technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support
- Experience supporting distributed teams in a service desk environment with documentation best practices
