- Compensation: $70-78k/year

What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support across a Microsoft-based environment.
- Resolve complex server, AD, DNS, and IIS-related issues with precision and urgency.
- Support and maintain Windows operating systems, including patching and performance tuning.
- Work within ServiceNow to document, escalate, and track incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure-related service disruptions.
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong troubleshooting experience with servers, Active Directory, DNS, and IIS.
- Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool for ticketing and escalation.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes in high-pressure scenarios.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong documentation and communication skills.
