Application Lifecycle Management Analyst
We are looking for a strategic and self-motivated Business Analyst to lead a new Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) initiative, requiring one day per week onsite in Addison, TX. This role involves creating a comprehensive ALM framework, starting with building an inventory of existing applications and defining onboarding/offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with teams like Security, Compliance, Procurement, and IT. Responsibilities include process definition, stakeholder engagement, and documentation of business requirements and workflows. Candidates should have 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with IT governance and asset management practices.
- Location: Hybrid 1 day/week in Addison, Tx. Local Remote
- Compensation: $50-$65/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Create a catalog of 1,000+ Applications
- Track Compliance, Security, Licensing Agreements, etc.
- Gather information from Business Users
- Run meetings with stakeholders
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of Analyst experience, with some experience developing a catalog of applications
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Experience meeting with stakeholders and developing BRDs
