- Location: Remote – Candidate must work AZ time
- Compensation: $18-20/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone-based tech support inquiries.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues for end users.
- Log interactions and resolutions in the IT Service Management tool with accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with IT teams to route, escalate, and resolve more complex issues.
- Continuously improve user experience by identifying support trends and refining processes.
What Gets You the Job:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting modern IT hardware and software.
- Strong communication skills to explain tech solutions in user-friendly terms.
- Familiarity with service request fulfillment and incident documentation.
- A resourceful mindset with a knack for researching and resolving unfamiliar issues.
