As a mid-sized company, Irvine Technology Corporation has the ability to drill down and specifically identify what each clients’ unique business needs are. ITC has the capacity to source, screen and retain top technical resources by leveraging our experienced recruiting and staffing team through our proven methodologies. Our expertise allows clients to concentrate on their core business, enabling them to staff critical projects efficiently while saving significant time on the hiring process and administrative duties.
At ITC, we invest the time at the front end of the engagement process to truly understand what each client is looking for in a top notch candidate. We understand that hiring a technical consultant is more than a job description. It is finding the right person for your position with the technical knowledge, communication skills, and fit in the corporate culture.
ITC is a referral driven organization with over 75% of our placements generated from our industry relationships. With a vast number of networked resumes in our proprietary database, ITC is able to go beyond the typical job board search to find that perfect candidate for your specific requirements.
Before any candidate is submitted, our detail-oriented recruiters rigorously screen the potential consultant for technical knowledge, real-time experience, and interpersonal and communication skills. Along with this initial interview process, our recruiters work to obtain stellar references before a candidate even hits your email or system. Once a candidate passes this meticulous process, ITC assists with any required background investigations, education verifications, and drug screenings, as well as assisting with any applicable licensing regulations.
Post placement relationship is key to our ongoing mutual success. ITC is fully committed to staying in contact with both the client and consultant. Each contractor has a designated ITC account executive that is their point of contact throughout their engagement with your company. We thrive at being active partners in consultant retention, including conducting new hire orientations, resolving any performance issues, providing performance reviews, assessing end of contract terms, and remaining proactive to your ever-changing workforce requirements.
How We Hire Our Consultants
ITC is able to provide our clients with work classification options, thereby allowing us to provide the most efficient and effective resources for your IT projects.
Full-time: Consultants will be scheduled to work on average 40 or more hours per week with a contract duration of three months or longer.
Part-time: Consultants will be scheduled to work on average less than 30 hours per week with a contract duration that varies.
Temporary: Consultants will be scheduled to work any amount of hours per week, but with a limited contract duration between 1 day and 3 months.
Contract: If a client needs temporary to potentially long term support, ITC’s contract model is the way to go. This method allows a client to have the flexibility of various options from skill set to setting the hours and duration of each consultant.
Contract-to-Hire: When a company needs to possibly hire a contractor, the consultant would be on an ITC contract for three to six months, then may be hired by the client.
Direct Hire: Our direct hire recruiters will find a perfect match for our clients who wish to hire a candidate directly as a full time employee of their company.
Payroll: An employee is hired on as a direct hire, but the payroll, benefits, and workers compensation insurance is managed by ITC.
W2 Hourly Consultants: Consultants will be paid bi-weekly for the actual amount of hours worked and are not eligible for paid time off.
Specialized Sub-Contractors: Consultants will be paid at an hourly rate upon submission of invoices. In order to do business as a 3rd party contractor, certain requirements must be met. Please ask your account executive for further details.
