CEO and President; Chairman of the Board
With over 15 years of experience in the IT staffing arena, Nicole has quickly proven that she has the skills and ability to lead a team and generate unprecedented sales. Nicole has been with ITC for over ten years, initially serving as Vice President of Sales and recently being named CEO and President of ITC. Nicole has an established career in sales and management with a strong emphasis of account ownership within Fortune 300 organizations. Nicole began her career in staff augmentation services with a locally based Orange County company, where she was quickly recognized as one of the top performers throughout the nation. She has sold and managed multiple premier accounts, all while leading a large team of account executives and recruiters.
Nicole grew up in Southern California and is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She sits on numerous boards, including the CHOC Children’s Families in Need, Orange County Board of Education Executive Committee, Tilly’s Life Center Board, University of California at Irvine Chancellor’s CEO Roundtable and is an Honoree at the YWCA.
Executive Vice-President; Board of Director
Janet joined ITC in 2006. She brought over 20 years of Banking, corporate loan and project financial management experience which helped enable ITC’s rapid growth over the last 10 years. Her experience in business; capital acquisition and economics helped guide ITC through the “Great Recession” and times of growth. Janet began her career in Commercial Banking and progressed to Commercial Bank Manager due to her abilities in financial analysis as well as cultivating and managing new and existing client relationships. Her success in banking provided her the unique opportunity as a team member to establish, open and grow a new bank from the ground up. This experience has been instrumental in her growth and continued success at ITC.
Janet received a Bachelors in Finance at the University of Florida in 1980 and is an active supporter of The Grace Marketplace Homeless Center, St Francis Homeless Shelter, Peaceful Paths Center and Shelter for Abused Women, and UF Health Children’s Cancer Hospital.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin oversees ITC’s financial strategy and the implementation of policies and procedures to provide the foundation for continued innovation, growth and long-term market leadership. Kevin has been with ITC for over eleven years. He has held many senior executive leadership positions in the finance industry with such notable organizations as Farrwell Publishing, the City of Philadelphia, Cendant Corporation, and First American Corporation.
As a Philadelphia native, Kevin grew up and attended Temple University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
Vice President, Technology Solutions
Ray has over 20 years of Information Technology experience. Ray has successfully managed various information technology solution engagements for ITC with global delivery. Ray’s experience includes small engagements to large enterprise mission critical projects. He is a proven technology leader that subscribes to the “Do what it takes to get the job done” with pragmatic and innovative solutions that fit the client’s business needs.
Ray has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; he started his career in software development, moved to various IT functions and soon into Technology management and leadership roles. He has held various leadership roles prior to ITC.
As the CIO of High Performance Partners, a mortgage industry technology company, Ray was responsible for the software development and technology infrastructure. Prior to HPP, Ray was the Vice President of Systems Development and Architecture at First American Corporation, a Fortune 100 company. There he managed over 200 resources including a sizable offshore team in India. Ray was also responsible for the delivery of First American's high transaction title processing system - FAST
Vice President, Recruitment
Nicole has more than a decade of experience in the technology recruitment industry, including staffing and client management, managerial oversight of large-scale staffing initiatives on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in the Southern California region, and executive-level oversight of staff augmentation services. The successes of her early career as a recruiter and client manager provided Nicole with the opportunity to accept greater challenges, including managerial roles in which she was responsible for leading staffing organizations in the fields of recruitment processes/pipeline, sales strategies and practices, client development and management, and negotiation techniques. She has extensive expertise in the areas of staffing leadership, P&L oversight, and management of quality of service metrics. Prior to joining ITC, Nicole served as Vice President of Recruiting for a Southern California based technology staffing and consulting firm.
Nicole has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.A.) from Pepperdine University.
Human Resources Generalist
Amanda is responsible for ITC’s human resources, compliance, benefits and payroll department. She partners with the CEO, CFO, and President on the strategic planning, development and delivery of ITC’s human resources people strategy. Amanda is responsible for ensuring all human resources practices and procedures are effectively designed to stay within the ever-changing employment laws and regulations. She has worked for ITC in the Human Resources department since 2006.
Attending California State University, Long Beach, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. She also has been involved with the Society of Human Resources as an active member.
